It is not uncommon for me to wake up during the witching hour and not be able to go back to sleep.   Scrolling on social media is easy but then I don't fall back to sleep and feels so unproductive.   

Now, trying just do a bit of house cleaning or work on the computer instead.  Being a bit productive helps me have a bit of peace.  Then after an hour or so I can go back to bed for another 3 hours of sleep.  Knowing I've accomplished one or more things on my to do list seems to help.  

The world is quiet and silent. Which I do enjoy.
